Why I Created This
Let’s be real. SEO can feel like one big, confusing spellbook written in code.
When I first started learning SEO, everything was overwhelming. The jargon. The contradictory advice. The endless pressure to “crack the algorithm.” And even as someone who’s always been techy, I found it frustrating that no one was explaining things in a way that actually made sense.
Back when I was streaming, I knew I had to figure out how to get found on Twitch, YouTube, and Google. And later, when I pivoted into digital marketing and started supporting clients, I saw that they were just as lost as I’d been. I realised there was a real gap between what people needed to know, and how SEO was actually being taught.
Fast forward a few years, and SEO is now the backbone of my business. But I learned it the hard way through endless trial and error, DIY-ing my own website, and helping clients who were also lost in the SEO fog.
I created The SEO Spellbook: SEO Success for Virtual Assistants because I’ve been where you are. Before I ran a digital marketing business, I was a VA trying to make sense of SEO, and wondering how the hell it all fit together.
